Once again holidays came to an end. During this period everyone can relax,can make a break from sufferation,from harsh reality. There is no need to say more beyond Damian, also known as "Gong Zilla", and that he's the youngest son of reggae legend Bob Marley. His work is filled, as he collaborated with his brothers , skrillex and mainly with NAS. Well, maybe it's time to enjoy the song ,reminince our holidays and wait for the next :)

Scarlet leaves and autumn breeze

Life is in chaos these days. Isn't life always a chaos? Yes, yes it is. But there are some time periods when everything happens so fast, so sudden it is really hard to enjoy the moment. Especially when everything becomes a routine. You stay so focused in a monotone situation, you miss all the colors! For me, this is the first year without school and I realised how much I like autumn. I freaking adore it really, the weather (still sunny, warm but not heat-wave-hot), the trees slowly going red, the aromas in the air (if that makes any sense), and everything else autumn has to offer! For twelve years, these days I would be so busy with school that I wouldnt even realised we reached december. (School has its charms. Lets just say studying and waking up at 6 a.m are not in the list)  Of course life is still busy with college and movings and all, but it does not even compare.

So, for those who are done with high school, take a moment to appreciate the season, and if your life is in chaos too, try to find a moment to dedicate to yourself. Do something that makes you happy, relax. Not only your head will clear out but, also, you will boost your energy levels. For those of you who still wake up at six a.m, hey, try to have fun at school. Yes, it is a pain in the ass, but you make some hell of a memories!

The song for today, candy by Robbie Williams. Ah, what a song! And will that man ever stop looking charming? I don't think so. I personally dedicate this song to my friend, who, even if finals are approaching, doesnt miss her energy or humor!

 There are these little moments in life. A get together with old friends, a weekend away with people you know, even a walk in town at night. Small things that have this great power. They give you so much energy and happiness you start wondering: are they really that small? The point is, it is ok to make plans for the future, have dreams and hopes, in fact you should do that. But you must not forget to give a moment to yourself, to take a break, enjoy the very present. While you are in a bed, singing with all your might like the actor in the movie that just ended, when you decide to play hide-and-seek even when you are so old you can't even hide properly, when you cook and you end up playing food war with your little sister. These are the best things in life. Moments small like sparks, but when putten together, they make a giant firework! Try to cherish them and enjoy them!

I adore this song. Generally, let's just say you won't find many ballads in my cell phone. This one is an exception! I love the music and lyrics, and it also reminds me of a wonderful field trip that brought so many changes in my life! A thank-you, to the guy who told me about this song! If you don't speak greek and care to know what the lyrics say notify me and I will add them :)

The most known effect of coffee is on the nervous system. In reasonable amounts, coffee improves mental abilities, and causes alertness and reduce boredom. So, enjoy it but wisely :)

We really have a bad habbit of repeating our mistakes, don't we? How can it be a mistake when it feels so good, you only understand after you've done it again. These are our sins. We can't get away from them. Try  to avoid succumbing- it makes us become obsessed about them. Then, when we finally succumb, they start to haunt our memories. How to get out of a lose-lose situation?

Hellooo! I'm new here and i think it's time to introduce myself. :) Ι love music and i'm interested in every kind! Today i decided to post a song from one of the best bands in rock history.
Sometimes we dream that the world would be different. We desire, we have ambitions, we gaze the horizon. We have been so many times in this situation. But it's not bad to hope. One day some of the things that hurt us might change...

Throught the jungle, here we go!

This time I'm starting with the song. I am not a hardcore Katy Perry fan, but I just loved that one! The whole package! It is an original song, with a strong message and actual lyrics, which, today, is a huge plus. It tells us that we have a strenght inside us, we just need to search for it and embrace it. Also, the video clip was awesome! She can act well, she is not just some expressionless girl, staring at the camera while singing. The scenery is nicely made too, and she just looks beautiful. And there is a monkey! You can't go wrong with a monkey! A video is always a hit when there is a freaking monkey in it! This is just how things work! I kinda feel sorry for the guy at the beggining though. He just randomly got attacked (and probably eaten) by a tiger! :( I guess that's what you get for being a narcissist!

Annd now, moving on to my epic blogging time. Yesh!

Things have been going fast lately. Have you ever felt like that? I mean, for a month the only thing I can recall is me sitting either on a couch, chair or bed, melting in front of a pc while sun rose and fell. With an exception when I decided I had a life somewhere out there and I decided to go cycling or hang out with a friend. Then, there comes the mid of July and BAM! Vacations! Suddenly, in a span of fourty days, I have spent only about  five of them at home, and these only so I can wash my clothes and repack so I can go to the next place. I'm not gonna lie, I had a hell of a time, but it strained me so much. I want my lazy days back :( 

But wherever there is a light side, dark lurks around. (too dramatic? sorry :p)  This summer, as much as exctiting, it was equally a sad and pressuring one.First of all, everyone born in my year, was anticipating  for the final exams' results. Because here, in this beautiful country we call Greece, you have to wait the WHOLE summer to know if you get admitted in the University you applied. Oh joy. -.- I don't know how this works in other countries, but I hope you don't have to go through the same ordeal. poor kids!

And, like that wasn't enough, a good friend of mine stopped talking to me. No reason whatsoever, only some lame excuses and that's it, adios. I was crestfallen. Someone who has been put throught the same will understand me, i think. Knowing that someone you trust and love doesn't feel the same anymore, really just blows up all your good mood. You lost someone. It took me a lot of time to get better, and even now I feel a bit moody at times.

So this was it, an equally good and bad summer. I hope yours was full of memories and moments worth to me remembered. If not, there is always next year! If you feel good, share it with people, it is nice to give joy. If you are feeling down, talk to someone, it will make you good to get some support. Have a good comeback to your school/college/work and remember to always fight for what you want! Whatever you need me, I'll be here, trying to ger lazy again before I make my grant entrance at Uni. I'll love to hear from you. Be good and beware of malicious chicken!

Συχνά περνάμε από πολλά μέρη, σε κάθε μας βήμα υπάρχουν μαρτυρίες σημαντικών μας στιγμών. Κι ίσως δε θα υπάρχει κάποιος εκεί να μας ακούσει και θα νιώσουμε πως πέφτουμε στο κενό. Αλλά την κάθε στιγμή πρέπει να τη ζει κανείς ως την τελευταία. Για αυτό δε χρειάζεται να αναζητάμε πολυτέλειες αλλά να προχωράμε μπροστά ατενίζοντας το μέλλον.

A new page

Hello, everybody, boys and girls and evil chickens! (you don't wanna know for the latter, trust me). So, after a long time of absense, we are back! I wasn't sure if i would (or should) continue this, for it started as a school project. Then I thought "what the hell, why not?". Truthfully, i missed having a place to express my randomness and i can't wait to start it again! Since this is no longer a school project, i have more freedom, especially in language, before i wasn't allowed to write much in english. "This is not an international school" my lovely teacher used to tease me about. Well, guess who can be international now xD
Just a couple of things i need to mention:
My best friend and collaborator of this blog probably won't take part in it again. She wasn't into blogging from the beggining, so you won't be seing her blogs anytime soon. (except if she decides to do us a present!)
It will take me a while to get used to this. I forgot where is is what!!
Last but not least, i'll continue trying to put different genres of music, as much as I can. I believe that every genre has something to offer, beautiful or horrible songs! So be open to new possibilities!

To make our start, Panic at the Disko with a rather unique song! I recently discovered it, (slowpoke as ever), and i was instantly captivated by the tittle, the video, the costumes, everything! Since the band is on their way to release their new album "Too weird to live, too rare to die" on October 8, 2013, we will be waiting for their new hits to score top places in music charts! 

-As many people already pointed out, in this video there is a stunning resemblance between Ryan Ross and Anthony Padilla from smosh! Lol, separated at birth or something?-

So... it has come to this

Hello everybody!! It's officially the end of the semester which also means the end of this project.. So i guess it's time to say goodbye.. :(  Things will get a bit tricky from now on since finals are dangerously approaching so i won't have enough time to post stuff.. There is a chance i will continue running this blog at summer but i can't promise anything. I just wanted to say that this was a wonderful experience. The support from all of you was greater that i would ever dream of so i am really thankful!! I LOVE YOU ALL SOOO F**KIN' MUCH!!!
